Monitor is a new developed software platform by MYLAS, designed with the intention of assisting users in quickly and efficiently addressing functionalities that traditional CNC interfaces cannot achieve. User can easily check machine status, adjust parameter, and monitor machining process on the controller panel. We strive to provide the faster and friendlier user experience through this app.
- Load Monitor
Users can set load limits for each tool and each axis. Additionally, there is a one-click learning feature that conveniently sets the current extraction current value during program processing. This allows users to clearly understand the tool wear condition and accurately determine the optimal time for tool replacement. The system also includes real-time graphical monitoring and a one-click toggle for load functionality.
- QUICK SETTING
List the commonly used settings for end users, such as conveyor belt time or chip conveyor time. These settings should be provided without the need to cross-reference the manual. Additionally, include quick settings for K-bits and specify the rotational speed values for the main and sub spindles.
- PROCESS INFO
Integrate the entire machining program’s status and present it in real-time through a data visualization interface. This interface should provide end users with immediate access to relevant information, including the time spent on program processing and an estimated completion time.
- SERVICE MODE
Factory personnel or those who have received professional training can use this function to perform a considerable level of troubleshooting processes. They can avoid feeling overwhelmed due to unfamiliarity with the machine. For instance, monitoring the IO signals of the finished product collection arm and the upper and lower tool turrets, personnel can follow standard procedures for troubleshooting.
- MAINTENANCE
List the maintenance cycles required for the machine, along with a clear checklist. This will help users perform maintenance more effectively without any confusion.
- TOOL LIFE
The visual interface allows users to have a comprehensive view, clearly indicating the current usage status of each tool. Intuitive operations enable users to effortlessly add or reduce the number of tools in use at any given moment.
- G/M CODE LIST
The provided list contains G/M codes for machines, and it also allows searching for the functionality associated with each G/M code.
- SYNCHRONOUS WAITING MODE
In multi-system programming, wait codes are used between different systems to prevent collisions or tool marks during machining. This page allows you to observe the wait codes in color, making it easier to determine whether the wait codes are reasonable or insufficient. It serves as a helpful tool for checking program integrity.
