MYLAS Team devoted lots of energy developing new technology for our machine, just to provide our friends maximum benefit. For this year, we are excited that we will introduced new features for our current range machine for year 2018.
New Feature for 2018 machines
DT and DY Series
1.Now available with Sauter BMT45 Turret
MYLAS is now offering new option for BMT turret, it is more rigid by mounting the tool using 4 screws. It is also more advanced technology than VDI turret.

2.Spindle bore now available for size 65mm
The new option is to increase the spindle bore to 65mm, max. bar size to 65mm, the machine is more flexible when comes to machining bigger parts. This option will be available after first season of 2018.
3.Tailstock option for long parts machining
The new tailstock is mounted on the side of sub spindle, and this is used for long parts machining for better precision of the workpiece. It is equipped with MT4 center for the smallest space and less interference.
T25 / T36 Series
1.Spindle Bore Size Size upgrade to 42mm
The new option is to increase the spindle bore to 45mm, max. bar size to 42mm, the machine is more flexible when comes to machining bigger parts.
2.Live Tooling Power Upgrade to 2.2 kW.
For Y axis and face tool , live tooling power upgrade to 2.2 KW(option). This new option is to increase the live tool power from 0.75kw to 2.2kw(1.8kw for Fanuc controller), and in addition add up the total torque.

3.Cut-Off Device
The New Cut off device decreases your total cycle time up to 28%.The cut off device enable you to do parallel machining for turning and cut off at the same time.

4.Fanuc Controller(Oi-TF)
T36 is now equipped with the latest controller technology from Fanuc, enhances the overall performance and stability to the machine.
