Interchangeable Guide Bush & Non-Guide Bush System
The synchronized rotary guide bush provides superior support for long, slender workpieces. It can also be converted to a non-guide bush configuration to minimize bar remnants and reduce material costs.
Built-In Motor Spindle
The integrated motor spindle design reduces vibration and noise while improving machining accuracy. Spindle speeds of up to 10,000 rpm deliver the performance required for high-precision production.
Flexible Tooling Configuration
The tooling system supports various tool arrangements and specialized units, including Thread Whirling, Chamfering, and Gear Hobbing tools, providing greater machining flexibility for diverse applications.
Extended Back-Working Capability
Optional live tooling on the sub-spindle expands back-working capabilities, allowing more machining operations to be completed within a single cycle.

The C-axis function enables synchronized or independent machining on the main and sub-spindles, supporting complex contouring, indexing, and secondary operations with greater precision.
