Structural Design

All structural parts are manufactured from high quality stress relieved Meehanite cast iron, to minimize deformation.
Massive base construction ensures high rigidity and excellent vibration dampening.
Features box ways on X, Y, Z-axis. All surfaces are hardened and precision ground.

C-axis Functionality

The C-axis functionality of the spindle combines Y-axis live tools and end-milling live tools for milling, drilling, and tapping capabilities. With the C-axis functionality complete parts machining becomes faster and easier.

Y-axis Functionality

The Y-axis is capable of side milling, drilling, and tapping operations when combined with the C-axis functionality. This makes it highly suited for the machining of small complex parts.

Spindle

Features a high precision spindle that accommodates both collet chucks and 3-jaw hydraulic chucks for versatile machining options. The spindle features a double row of roller bearings combined with angular contact ball bearings that resist radial and axial loads. With spindle speeds up to 6000rpm, fast and efficient machining is guaranteed, as well as very fine workpiece finishing.

Box-way

With oversized box-ways on both the X and Z-axis, the MY-TURN T25/T36 ensures maximum stability and efficiency even under heavy cutting loads. All box-ways are precision ground and heat treated for an optimal surface finish.

Parts Catcher (Optional accessories)

The optional parts catcher provides convenient and efficient parts collection. The parts catcher can deliver finished workpieces directly onto the parts conveyor for automatic removal and collection.

Parts Conveyor (Optional accessories)

The optional parts conveyor can be used to automatically remove finished parts out of the machine for easy collection. Furthermore the finished parts conveyor can also be programmed using the CNC control which results in very energy-efficient operations.

Chip Conveyor (Optional accessories)

A chip conveyor can be attached for automatic removal of excess chips. Either a screw type or a chain type conveyor can be used.

High Low Pressure Coolant Pump (Optional accessories)

The MY-TURN T25/T36 CNC lathe employs a high/low pressure coolant pump. The high pressure pump delivers powerful coolant to the turret, while the low pressure pump delivers coolant to the spindle. The coolant tank also separates the oil for convenient cleaning, while also removing odor and minimizing coolant deterioration.

Cut-Off Device

The New Cut- Off device decreases your total cycle time up to 28%. The cut off device enable you to do parallel machining for turning and cut off at the same time.
